Our pork is from VT. The breed is %100 Berkshire. Our local pork is higher in fat content and may look "fattier" than the photo.
NOTE: Should we sell out of our local VT pork, we will substitute with our organic, heritage breed pork.
Korean BBQ-style sliced pork belly is often marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sugar, and other seasonings. This marinade adds depth of flavor and helps tenderize the meat. You can gochujang (Korean chili paste) for a spicy kick.
